Handcrafted first by hand carving the “intaglio” design in wax and then using the ancient art of lost wax process it’s then created in sterling silver. Then after filing, and sanding, it’s painted with a black patina and polished, leaving the details to stand out and giving it an antique look. Finally the border is detailed using the technique of millegrain.
Measures 9mm wide x 28mm high.
Hangs from a sterling silver rolo chain and finished with a beautiful little engraved clasp.
